Phones and Call Centers

This center - whose all equipments are made of Iran - has used the latest technologies to provide its IP switch and all facilities needed for telecommunication network. This IP switch is equipped with a wide variety of applications like  automatic operator, conference, voice mail, and management software.
There are a wide variety of gateways - like FXO – ISDN Primary and IP TRUNK – to connect this system with telecommunication network. PC Phones, IP Phone FXS, and USB Phones are available to communicate with customers. All  wireless elements are in consistent with WiMax and WiFi Standards which are compatible with this switch. It is also possible to transfer voicemails to the users' emails.


Voice Mail, Billing, and Direct Inward Dialing
Providing facilities like voice mail, billing, and direct inward dialing (DID, also called DDI in Europe) to reduce call charges as well as facilitate communications.
These systems allow direct call to call center. In addition, using code 212, users can route the call directly to the desired telephone extension within the organization without the need for an operator or attendant.

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. Some VoIP services may only allow you to call other people using the same service, but others may allow you to call anyone who has a telephone number - including local, long distance, mobile, and international numbers.


Also, while some VoIP services only work over your computer or a special VoIP phone, other services allow you to use a traditional phone connected to a VoIP adapter.
The steps involved in originating a VoIP telephone call are signaling and media channel setup, digitization of the analog voice signal, encoding, packetization, and transmission as Internet Protocol (IP) packets over a packet-switched  network. On the receiving side, similar steps (usually in the reverse order) such as reception of the IP packets, decoding of the packets and digital-to-analog conversion reproduce the original voice stream.
To provide optimum customer services, 15 public telephone booths have been installed in various locations of Shahid Rajaee Port. These locations are as follow:
